KPI: Integration
This KPI is a measure of the level to which a construct or component is unified and works together as a single unit. The construct could be, for example, an infrastructure part, data, application, system or the whole of six sigma business intelligence.
Metrics:
1. Unification of the parts.
2. A single use and direction for the use of those parts -- i.e. working together toward a single set of goals.
Rating Factors:
Questions should be:
How is the integration accomplished?
How well is it accomplished?
Does the unified construct work together toward a common set of goals?
